Randy Kington served on the front line with some of the first Marine combat units in Vietnam in 1965 and ’66. In his book, "What a Life," Kington describes his transformation from boy to man and the training that allowed him to survive nine months of some of the fiercest fighting of the Vietnam War. On March 21, 1966, Randy received a horrific wound. He recounts the nine grueling months of hospitalization and rehabilitation. The final chapter tells of his adjustment to life in a wheelchair and the many people who played a part in his achievements.

Gary Aldrich's newest book, Thunder on the Left!

When all the problems facing us today are considered, including the immediate threat of terrorists, you must conclude -- as Aldrich so cleverly sets forth in his book -- that the Hard-Left is guilty as charged!

Thunder on the Left is endorsed by Buzz Paterson, Lieutenant Colonel, USAF (Ret.), author of the NY Times best-seller, Dereliction of Duty; Dr. Tim LaHaye, author of the best-selling Left Behind series.

Do you know the difference between caveat emptor and an empty bowl of caviar? Likewise, if you’ve been carjacked, are you the victim of a robbery, burglary, or are you just happy to finally be rid of that 1983 Chevy Nova? In If It Does Not Fit, Must You Acquit?, you will find the answer to these questions and hundreds of equally silly questions. More importantly, you will learn the fundamental principles of our legal system. In our rush to get this book to the presses, we neglected to obtain advance reviews from notables. However, if we had done so, we believe they would have went something like this:

"This is a high-tech lynching of the legal system!" -- Clarence Thomas

"This is a great book, depending upon the meanings of the words "great," "book," and "sexual relations with that woman." -- Bill Clinton

"Don't try to read this book while eating pretzels. Trust me on this one." -- George W. Bush

After five years as an educator in Los Angeles County, A.J. Kaufman left teaching and moved out of California, eventually settling in the Midwest. Following a year of traveling, working and doing research, this book and two others emerged. Toward the end of his time as an educator, the young teacher began co-writing educational reform commentaries, often with his former colleague, Aaron Hanscom. Being continually blackballed and shunned at meetings, having to endure looks of incredulity and a lack of respect from co-workers; this suddenly became Mr. Kaufman's life as a teacher. This situation led to his premature resignation from the profession that was his first love, but also gave him the opportunity to expose-as well as assist-American education's gradual rise from the doldrums it now encompasses. Kaufman has done radio interviews on these topics, and his essays on education have been featured in half a dozen newspapers and numerous websites. As the book often indicates, if his ideas are accepted and enacted in any form in the future, Mr. Kaufman's time as a teacher will have been well spent.

"People like Ari help bring necessary change to our schools. He is a Martin Luther of education."

America and the whole of western civilization are involved in a war to the death with the Islamic world. Many Americans refuse to accept that truth or face the reality
that we’re engaged in a worldwide war as they would rather ignore it, hope it goes away, and presume it won’t truly affect us.

In An Immodest Proposal for Ending and Winning the War on Terror, Gene Lalor, PhD, discusses the world today and how the liberal mind-set has affected the political climate. He advocates a two-phase plan for ending and winning the War on Terror that not only includes the continuity of the United States but the continuity of the American way of life.

The United States can only survive, Lalor asserts, if we
understand some fundamental facts:

* We’re not immortal, either as individuals or a nation;

* Our cherished rights and privileges as a people are strangling us as a nation.

* With this Islamic foe, if we don’t kill them first, they’re going to kill us.

Lalor’s vision is not a doomsday scenario; he promises there is
a solution and a future if we prevail and survive—but neither is a given.
