CommonConservative.com is dedicated to promoting conservative ideas in everyday language and to the exchange of information important to our country and its citizens. We would like to encourage you to submit your ideas and thoughts for possible publication on our website.

Please read through the following guidelines before submitting your article. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our editor using the link at the bottom of this page.

Guidelines for Submitting

• All submissions must be the original work of the author.

• Submissions should be 1,000 words or less.

• We will need to have your full name and an e-mail address for our records.

• Pen name may be used in the byline, but we do not accept screen names as the author.

• All articles must have a title.

• All submissions need to be in block format. Indentations will only be used in quotations or lists.

• Bold type, italics, and underlining may be used for emphasis.

• Please send all submissions in the body of an e-mail.

• In the subject line of your E mail type the following: Guest submission (your name).

• Should you need to send a file attachment, please contact the editor to make arrangements. For security reasons, we do not open any attached files without prior notification.

• Previously published articles will be considered for publication. We do require a brief note as to where it was first published and a URL of the site if it is currently running.

• Articles will be edited/proofed by our staff. Any editing changes made will be sent to you for your approval.

• Should we use your submission, you will be informed of the date your article will be published.

• We publish on the 1st and 16th of each month. Any article submitted seven or more days prior to publication will be considered for the next issue. Any article received after that point may be held over for the next publication if the article is still current. Keep this in mind when writing about current events.

• We do not pay for submissions that we use.

• Submissions do not become the sole property of "CommonConservative.com."
